    We are currently looking for CARING, DEDICATED, DEPENDABLE and EXPERIENCED
    caregivers. We offer:

  •    Flexible Working Hours:  Flexible schedules and working hours that can be tailored
      to your availability.

       We are consistently on the high end of the pay scale for caregiving services.

  •    Overtime:  We pay overtime, one and a half times (1 1/2) any hours a caregiver works over
       40 hours in a work week.

  •    Taxes and Insurance:  Since you are our employee we pay all the employer payroll taxes
       and file all the required documentation with the Federal and State taxing authorities. We
       also cover you with workers' compensation insurance in the event you suffer a work related
       injury or illness.

  •    Paid Sick Leave:  Starting July 1, 2017, caregivers will start accruing paid sick time.

  •    Weekly Pay:  We pay our caregivers every Friday for their prior weeks work.

  •    Paid Foundational Caregiver Training

If you are interested in joining the FHC Care Team, here some of the things
we are looking for and require of caregivers:

  •    A love of caring for the elderly and those who need assistance with their daily activities, with
       a kind and pleasant personality.

  •    Reliable transportation to get to and from work assignments.

  •    Willingness to work and the ability to show up to each shift you accept, on time every time
       without any call-offs or no-call/no-shows.

  •    The ability to take direction from your supervisor.

  •    A minimum of 1 year of verifiable hands-on experience in a care setting or educational
      equivalent.

  •   Strong basic caregiving skills, we ask all candidates to complete written and physical skills
       assessment tests.

  •    All candidates are required to pass a national background check

  •    All candidates are subject to pass a pre-employment drug test. Additionally, FHC maintains
       a DOT approved Drug-Free Workplace Policy.

  •    All candidates must pass TB screening.

  •    Candidates are to have and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
