Our Accounting Department Can Help You!

Billing, payment, or general home care account questions are usually best addressed by our
own in-house Accounting Department rather than one of the staff in our local office in your
community. A member of that team is best reached during regular office hours.

Feel free to contact the Accounting Department Monday through Friday if you have any
questions or concerns about how to pay your bill, having questions about your bill,
account status or any other question relating to our Accounting Department.

Our Accounting Department is located in our Corporate Headquarters in Tempe,
Arizona. During daylight savings time there will be a one hour time differential
between California and Arizona.

We always welcome feed back on how we are performing and any areas of needed improvement.

In all the communities we serve, Family Home Care always has a Care Manager on
duty and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to your in-home
caregiving or in-home assistance needs after normal working hours and weekends.
